The Musical Method

Unique to the language learning industry, we've composed studio quality original music to closely match each lesson theme. This combination provides many benefits that result in a faster and more enjoyable method of learning.

First the lyrics are repeated slowly in both languages without music just like conventional language tapes. Then the lyrics are repeated with AWESOME music. We repeat the words and phrases, up to 4 times for the longer phrases. YOU DO NOT GET BORED because your mind fixates on the music and you pick up the new language the way you pick up words to your favorite song. YOUR MIND BECOMES BILINGUAL.

History of RAPANESE

Rapanese was created by a Canadian, former disc jockey, current school teacher, Mike D'Amours. In 1989, he started using Rapanese in his classroom of 25 students. By 1991, just two years later, the Kelowna Secondary School, B.C. Canada, had to hire a second language instructor to cope with a 5 fold increase in course demand. This method continues to draw students to these classes at Kelowna High School.
